2022-RFP-06 Secure Mobile Vault & Currency Processing Services

This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks to procure and award a contract for Secure Mobile Vault & Currency Processing Services to a highly qualified firm capable of providing turnkey services to meet SolTrans’ secure mobile vault, currency processing and reporting needs. The services required would include secure armored vehicle service to pick up cash bags and prepared deposits, as well as to pick up SolTrans’ mobile bins, and under security and video surveillance open and verify currency and coin proceeds. The service provider will prepare the cash proceeds for deposit into SolTrans’ designated bank as well as report to SolTrans all currency and coin extracted and deposited.

The successful Contractor will be required to work directly with SolTrans’ Transit Operations Contractor for the duration of the Contract for day-to-day issues and for accessing SolTrans’ facility for mobile bin and cash bag pick-up and drop off. The resulting contract will be for a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for a three-year (3) base term and up to two (2) additional one-year option terms.
