New Bay Loading Process at Transit Centers

Beginning July 1, 2025, SolTrans is launching a bay loading process at the Vallejo Transit Center, Curtola Park & Ride Hub, and Sereno Transit Cneter to improve traffic flow, reduce bus delays, and make transfers smoother for riders.

Instead of fixed bay assignments, buses will now pull into the first available bay upon arrival. Riders will be directed to the correct bay for their route by real-time audio and digital announcements.

How It Works

  1. Arrive at the Transit Center a few minutes early.
  2. Watch & Listen:
    • Digital displays will list routes and current bay assignments.
    • Audio announcements will call out the bay when your bus arrives.
  3. Follow the Signs to your assigned bay and board your route.

What to Look & Listen For

“Now boarding: Route 2 Northbound to The Crest at Bay V12.”
  • Digital Screens will display:
    Route 2 | Bay V12| Departs in 3 min
  • Bay signs will show Bay numbers when buses are present.
