Request for Public Feedback: ADA Paratransit No Show Policy
SolTrans is proposing minor revisions to its ADA Paratransit No Show Policy and is requesting feedback from paratransit riders during the Board-approved Public Comment period, which ends on February 19, 2026.
Suggested revisions include:
1. Reduce the cancellation window from two hours to one hour before a scheduled trip
2. Calculate penalties every 30 days instead of every month
3. Add the appeals process
