New Schedules, Maps, and Planning Tool Are Now Available

Starting Sunday, August 2, 2026, SolTrans will launch its Systemwide Redesign, introducing a new transit network designed to provide more reliable service, better connections, expanded weekend service, and easier-to-understand schedules.

The redesign is the result of a two-year Comprehensive Operational Analysis (COA) that included extensive data analysis, travel pattern studies, and feedback from thousands of community members, riders, operators, stakeholders, and regional partners.

What's Changing?

  • Expanded weekday service hours
  • 51% increase in Sunday service
  • Increased frequency on many local and Solano Express routes
  • Timed transfers at the Vallejo Transit Center
  • New  route numbers for Solano Express service
  • Updated bus stop signs following the Bay Area Regional Mapping and Wayfinding standards

While we've spent months preparing for this transition, implementing a new transit network across dozens of routes and hundreds of bus stops is a major undertaking. There may be occasional schedule discrepancies, signage updates, or other issues during the first few weeks of service.
